Purpose of Study: This study adapts the Blockchain-Based Donation Traceability (BBDT) framework using a Design Science Research approach to design, implement, and evaluate a blockchain-based donation prototype.

Design/methodology/approach: Evidence was collected through interviews with two NGOs such as BMH and a public survey (n = 180) spanning diverse education levels and fintech experience.

Finding: Results indicate 81.9% of respondents perceive higher transparency, and 65% report greater trust in platforms that provide verifiable donation tracking.
