Purpose of Study: This study examines the key determinants of public trust in digital zakat payment platforms, focusing on the National Amil Zakat Institution Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH).

Design/methodology/approach: Employing a quantitative associative design, data were collected from 150 active users of BMH’s digital platform through structured questionnaires. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was applied to identify latent trust dimensions, supported by KMO and Bartlett’s tests to ensure data suitability.

Finding: These findings confirm that trust in digital zakat platforms is influenced not only by technological reliability but also by institutional integrity and user experience quality.
